Flexible

  • If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of your contract, you'll receive a 100% refund of the first rent
  • If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before the start of your contract, you'll receive a 50% refund of the first rent
  • If you cancel less than 15 days before the start of your contract, you won't be able to receive a refund

Moderate

  • If you cancel up to 60 days before the start of your contract, you'll receive a 100% refund of the first rent
  • If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of your contract, you'll receive a 50% refund of the first rent
  • If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of your contract, you won't be able to receive a refund

Strict

  • If you cancel up to 90 days before the start of your contract, you'll receive a 100% refund of the first rent
  • If you cancel between 30 and 90 days before the start of your contract, you'll receive a 50% refund of the first rent
  • If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of your contract, you won't be able to receive a refund

Non-Refundable

This type of policy doesn't allow any refunds, regardless of when you decide to cancel a confirmed booking.
