Don't live here or at any Unite Students accommodation. They are lazy and don't care about their residents, they just want your money

I would like to share the experience becuase I live here for a year. I booked the one bed flat which has a separate bedroom without door. The room is big even for a couple, and facilities like TV are not very new but still working well. The location is friendly for students who study around student union, and not too far for a shop because we have COOP in union now. And this is an absolutely quite building because the wall is not wooden, and no nosie from neighbour but birds singing. The landury is not convenient but enough for 76 residents. Recption staff like Jasmin and Robbie are really friendly. If you are a master student or couple, I would recommand this place becasue it's not too expensive for only one year. Otherwise, think twice or come to check the building yourself. And remember, Never choose the basic studio!

Good: Great location and a very attractive building. Bad: Maintenance takes an unreasonable amount of time. The dryers were out of order for over a month, and one of the main doors has been broken and unusable for over 4 months now. Additionally, noise is a serious problem, as Unite have no strategy for mitigating noise and their own staff often contribute to the problem with loud music of their own in the middle of the night.

Room is old and stink, almost everything in the room is broken, pipe is leaking and the maintenance never fix this. WiFi never work smoothly. The decision I regret the most Really disappointed, they even came inside the room to takeaway the lamp despite the tenant still have a contract with them and left a horrible hole on the wall only to cut cost
