We are a large student residence with over 15 years of operation in paris. Fully furnished desks with separate beds etc. We are close to many central Paris universities and are only 20 minutes by train away. RER C train and subway 4 minutes walk to station. The buildings are situated in a protected gated home. Meet visitors from around the world. Big bbq area with kitchen. Six showers and 6 toilets are used for cooking and washing. Cleaning lady comes every day to sweep all public areas monday to friday. Big living room with LCD. Both rooms and washing machines have optional fibre optics. Heating center. every homeowner is given a cupboard and refrigerator room The area has lots of green fields and lakes. Shops, restaurants, cafes, within walking distance of everything. We have a great group of fun, and strong foreign students. Please notice a deposit is also needed if the booking is longer than 2 months!
