The living room (facing the courtyard, parquet flooring and double glazing) which consists of a sofa bed, a table and three chairs is accessible from the entrance door. The completely fitted open kitchen, two ceramic hobs, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and all the crockery and cooking utensils needed for your convenience.
With its 2 wide windows (overlooking the highway, parquet floor and double glazing), the spacious and bright space has a small view of notre dame.
It is furnished with a double bed (140 * 190) for your possessions and a table, 2 armchairs and a large wardrobe. You can also have a flat-screen LCD, an wireless service with ADSL / WiFi.
Bathroom facilities include a shower, mirror sink, hairdryer and toilet.
At the foot of the house is a launderette. Even iron and ironing board open, vacuum cleaner.

Please notice that the deposit is equivalent to two months for stays more than 6 months and that the service costs, documentation, tenancy contract signed by the owner and finally the guarantor must be required as well as the rent to be paid on schedule along with a loss deposit (which will be repaid after the stay minus damages/cleaning and expenses consumption). - If you cancel up to 60 days before the start of your contract, you'll receive a 100% refund of the first rent
- If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of your contract, you'll receive a 50% refund of the first rent
- If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of your contract, you won't be able to receive a refund
Strict
- If you cancel up to 90 days before the start of your contract, you'll receive a 100% refund of the first rent
- If you cancel between 30 and 90 days before the start of your contract, you'll receive a 50% refund of the first rent
- If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of your contract, you won't be able to receive a refund
Non-Refundable
This type of policy doesn't allow any refunds, regardless of when you decide to cancel a confirmed booking.
