About The Colston
Bristol is a southwestern English city overlooking the River Avon with a rich maritime history. Not only is this city a cultural hub, it also has a notable industrial heritage. Multiple sports and artistic venues are spread out across the city as well, including Spike Island, Ashton Gate, and the Memorial Stadium. Bristol is also home to a couple of universities and higher education institutions that offer quality education to local and international students alike.
The Colston is a student housing in Bristol offering accommodation for students attending nearby universities. You can choose between a Two-bedroom apartment if you prefer group living, or a Studio if you’re more into private self-contained options. Apartments include a shared bathroom, a shared fully equipped kitchen, and a shared lounge area. Each room in a two-bedroom apartment comes with a double bed, a desk with a study chair, and loads of storage space. Studios are self-contained units and come with a private en-suite bathroom, a large double bed with underbed storage, ample wardrobe space, a large study desk with a chair, a flat-screen TV, and a fully fitted modern kitchen. Penthouse Studios are also available with the same contents but different views. All kitchens, private and shared, are fitted with a microwave oven and a fridge.
This Bristol student accommodation offers its residents a number of different amenities, including CCTV security, on-site maintenance, and lockable rooms. You can enjoy picturesque views of the city from above at the Clifton Observatory, which is a historic windmill from the 1700s located only 20 minutes away by bus. Various restaurants surround the property, including Italian restaurant, Giuseppe’s, which is 4 minutes away on foot, Caribbean restaurant, Turtle Bay, which is also a 4-minute walk away, and Pieminister, which is 4 minutes away as well. You can get your groceries and do your shopping at the nearby Sainsbury’s Local, which is a short 11-minute stroll from the property.
Bristol Doctoral College is 7 minutes away on foot, the University of Bristol and the University of Law - Bristol are a 15-minute walk away, and the University of The West of England is a 21-minute ride away. More than 8 bus stations surround the property. The Centre (C10) is a minute away on foot. Park Row is a 7-minute walk away.

Cooling Off Period
You have a 3 working day cooling-off period.
You may cancel your contract by giving us written notice by post or e-mail. The notice must reach us by the end of the 3rd working day after the day we confirm to you that your accommodation booking is concluded and before you collect your keys for your accommodation (check-in), whichever is the sooner.
If you validly cancel during the cooling-off period, we will reimburse the security deposit fee and any pre-paid accommodation fees.
Cancellations Before you Have Moved in
Outside of the cooling-off period outlined above, you may request to cancel your accommodation contract in writing. A Termination of the Tenancy fee of £75.00 will apply which we will deduct from your security deposit.
Cancellations After You Have Moved into the Accommodation
The cooling-off period ends once you have moved into the accommodation, even if you move into the accommodation within 3 working days of concluding your contract.
A Termination of Tenancy fee of £75.00 will apply if you cancel after moving in and you will be required to find a replacement tenant.
