The largest city in the state of South Australia and the fifth-most populous city overall in Australia is Adelaide. Adelaide is situated on the Adelaide Plains, north of the Fleurieu Peninsula, with the Mount Lofty Ranges in the east and the Gulf of St. Vincent in the west. The city was founded in 1836 with the intention of serving as the capital of the only British province in Australia, with unrestricted people movement.

The building is located on Gray Street, only a short walk from the centre of the city. It is surrounded by a variety of exciting and lively locations, including eatery spots, entertainment venues, and other places of interest. If you’re craving a mouth-watering pizza, Prezzo is a nearby restaurant offering Italian fare, including pasta and pizza, in a casual setting. 8020bk is another nearby restaurant serving delicious Thai food in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. If you want to eat healthily, Jack Greens is just a short walk from the residence, and it offers vegan dishes in a chic space.

When you need to do some grocery shopping, Woolworths, Rundle Mall supermarket is just around the corner, and it offers plenty of products at discounted prices to cater to your needs. After your bustling day on campus, we suggest you go for a casual evening stroll at Loftia Recreation Park, where you can enjoy some peace and quiet. Over the weekend, you may enjoy a night out with your pals and watch the latest box office movies at the HOYTS Norwood movie theatre. You may also choose to go on a shopping spree at Rundle Mall Plaza, where you’ll find lots of shops, stores, and boutiques. Another thing you can do during the weekend is explore the natural heritage of Australia by paying a visit to the South Australian Museum, which has a lot of interesting artefacts and exhibitions.

Terrible experience. When I was living here, my neighbor was noisy and I recorded his noise on my phone. When I was showing this record to the staff in the front count, he was laughing for over 1 minute without saying any word. A lady staff beside him also felt confused about his rude behavior, and told me the solution patiently. However, until I walked away, that male staff was still laughing and said “I believe you, trust me”, then continue laughing. Where can I complain him? How rude he was! Oh my goodness. When you was laughing did you consider my feeling? I didn’t sleep a wink that night because of the noise and then you laughed at it when I showed you the record?? And said”trust me”? Ridiculous, rude, mean, incredibly terrible experience I have ever had in Australia.

I stayed here from Dec 2019 to Feb 2020 and enjoyed it a lot. Quiet place, far from bars but within a short distance to Uni of Adelaide. Close to the gas station as well so easy to get food at nights. The building is modern and clean. Bed is comfy. I booked the place without any inspection but everything was accurate to the advertised pictures.

Welcome to the Jungle! The amount of flies/insects is ridiculous. You get flies, mosquito, inch ant, bee in just a week. I contacted the management team and they say they can't instal a fly screen due to the building's infrastructure. Unbelievable.

I am currently staying and I've been staying here so pleasant for almost a year, and staffs are so kind as well. But one thing I would like to suggest for this apartment is that I think a window screen is needed in every single room. Especially, in this Summer, there are a few mosquitoes and flies (almost 10-15 flies sometimes more than that....) coming through window, and it's kinda uncontrollable... so we had to close the window all the time (luckily we do have air conditioning but still want to open the window sometimes but also afraid of the insects coming in :-:) so I hope this will be sorted out! Thank you very much :) + still anything has not been solved out..... sigh

Really pleasant place to stay. Very happy I am here. Satisfied with the studio, everything brand new and the staff is helpful.
