Cancellation Policy
No Visa
Should a student’s VISA be declined and they are denied entry into the United Kingdom, they will be released from the license agreement as long as they are able to provide written proof prior to the start of the license agreement.
No University Place
Should a student’s place at the university be declined and they are denied studying at the university in the United Kingdom, they will be released from the license agreement as long as they are able to provide written proof prior to the start of the license agreement. In case of a delayed university academic year, the student can defer the start date and delay it to the new one.
Travel Ban
Should a student be unable to arrive due to the COVID-19 virus, this could be due to the enforced travel ban or the possibility of contracting the virus by showing symptoms; they will be released from the license agreement as long as they advise us prior to the start of the license agreement.
*A £50 transfer fees will be deducted from the initial payment in some of the previously mentioned cases.
