* Placement fee is non-refundable

* First change is free provided notification of new date is received more than 2 weeks prior to original arrival. *New rates may be applied

* Fee charged for every extension requested within 2 weeks from the check-out date

* Special rate for twin bedrooms: If two students register for the same time and same duration, $25 per week will be discounted from the rate

* Special Diet Fee: $30 per week

Installments are available for bookings longer than 16 weeks.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy and late notice handling fees:

If a student needs to cancel their stay BEFORE the check-in date, please send an email as soon as possible to the one responsible.

The timing of when the written notice email is received, if/what penalties may be determined. An accommodation placement fee is non- refundable once the placement letter has been issued.

Date of written notice of cancellation/modification received:

Less that 4 weeks but more than 14 days before the check-in date

Less that 14 days before the check-in date

Penalty will apply:

2 weeks of total accommodation fees are non-refundable

4 weeks of total accommodation fees are non-refundable

If a student needs to leave earlies, the student needs to communicate immediately and be advised of the decision, as penalties are determined based on the timing of notification.
