Stayed here for around 12 days. The team was incredibly friendly, not the forced kind but the genuine, warm kind of friendly like they actually want to talk to you :). Room was clean and equipped with pretty much anything you\u2019d need, though it lacked a blow dryer or something like that but really if you travel often you know to take these things with you! Not a problem in my opinion. As someone with a heavy allergy to dust and with very sensitive skin, the stay here has brought me zero issues regarding any of that. I slept great, showered great and felt great overall. They have a kitchen equipped with everything you need from plates, pans, pots to microwaves, ovens and fridges :D The location is very accessible, with about a ten minute walk to the beach and two bus stops right at the main road. There\u2019s always someone at the reception 24\/7 and if I had any questions they were always able to help :) 10\/10 would recommend","time":"1786720505","created_at":"2026-11-01 12:57:03","updated_at":"2026-11-01 12:57:03","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null},{"id":3829,"build_id":"988","author_name":"Ben Saber","author_url":"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/contrib\/106189268354638651868\/reviews","language":"en","profile_photo_url":"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/a-\/ALV-UjWujD6lQYG3c9RxFiu9gqCJZOG_Zrpc6opNt-6XxybdWp-fiwAFzA=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo-ba4","rating":"4","relative_time_description":"5 years ago","text":"Comfy and big bed, which was nice, as some other student accomodation had less comfortable sleeping. Bathroom with sink, toilet and powerful shower. Lots of space and big windows to let in light.\n\nThe kitchen was also great! Two fridges and two stoves shared between nine people, however there was never a full house due to the current climate.\n\nThere is also storage available under the bed which was really handy for camping supplies etc.\n\nThe one main criticism was the timing and frequency of the fire alarms, which were often felt to be too frequent, and too late at night.","time":"1621793157","created_at":"2021-10-05 10:30:02","updated_at":"2026-11-01 12:57:03","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null}],"apartments":[],"distance":"16 mins by public transport, 20 mins walk to Central Aberdeen","no_place":"0","no_visa":"0","covid_offer":"0","deposit_type":"Deposit","admin_fees":false,"hide_from_website":"0","university_only":"0","desc":"
