When we first arrived we were impressed with the friendly, professional team working there who helped move in her belongings. The rooms were great - clean, tidy and suitably furnished. Our daughter loved staying there. As parents we felt reassured that she was safe, particularly as we lived 3 hours drive away. We know she made some great friends while she was there including the team. Anything that needed to be repaired (leaking tap) was sorted quickly and with no fuss. Also, with the Covid-19 outbreak they have done a great job in making sure everyone is okay in a Covid-secure environment. Another plus point is that it's within easy walking distance of the City Centre and the Universities.","time":"1619094326","created_at":"2022-03-29 14:44:04","updated_at":"2022-03-29 14:44:04","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null},{"id":7120,"build_id":"93145","author_name":"Jevan Robertson","author_url":"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/contrib\/112067350711440981749\/reviews","language":"en","profile_photo_url":"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/a\/AATXAJzi5xZGjkA9Zy6ZYzDy-hE07xD-mWJ6uA1rhWhP=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo","rating":"5","relative_time_description":"2 years ago","text":"By far the best out of the three student accommodations I have stayed in during my university years! Joe & his team are second to none! Really friendly approachable team and really quick to sort out any issues. Rooms and kitchens are spacious. With flats of 4 available which for me is the perfect number! I have personally had no issues with noise which is great for a 3rd year student like myself and if any maintenance issues do arise Steve is always on hand to not only fix the issue but have a great chat with as well!
