The company expect students to pay for the price of what it is. However, the students are absolutely lovely and the staff as well especially Jackie who is the Accommodation Manager. She even agrees that the rent is too high! Everyone is very friendly and there is a nice comfortable social space to unwind. Hardly any maintenance issues as it's modern. Even if there is the maintenance team are very good at responding usually within a day! A great place to live but the rent is too high!
