The location is amazing, so close to the tube, many groceries nearby, and walking distance to university. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was one of the largest en-suite bathrooms i\u2019ve seen among student accommodations. There was plenty of opportunities for storage in the room. Also the gym amenity was quite nice to have. The reception is almost always manned and your parcels are received no matter where you are and you are even notified both in the app and via email. If something is out of order in the room it is fixed almost immediately. Lastly what stands out most is every single member of staff is so warm and welcoming, they always greet you with a smile and ask about your day and are more than willing to help with whatever you need.
