They also provided pizza, so residents could enjoy food while getting to know new people. The accommodation regularly organised activities such as hiking trips, hot springs visits and zoo outings. During Chinese New Year, there was even a dinner with dragon and lion dance performances. Although I was often busy with assignments, I probably attended the free Monday milkshake sessions the most.\nThe staff are always warm, friendly and helpful, especially Odette, Nicole and Shaun. In my final semester, I had many questions about moving out and other arrangements. Whenever I saw Odette at the front desk, I would ask her a lot of questions. She always explained everything carefully and helped both me and my friends on many occasions. She solved many problems for us, and I am very grateful for her support.\nI especially want to thank Nicole. With her help, I was able to extend my lease and attend my graduation ceremony. Without her support, I would not have had enough time or the opportunity to attend it. Nicole is genuinely kind and considerate. She truly looks at issues from each resident\u2019s perspective and makes a real effort to find practical solutions.\nShaun is also a wonderful person. He was one of the first staff members I met when I moved in, and I could always see him helping out at different events. He has a great personality and helped create a welcoming atmosphere in the building.\nOverall, my time at UniLodge Melbourne City has been an unforgettable part of my life in Melbourne. I am very grateful for the memories, the community and the support I received here.","time":"1783065911","created_at":"2026-11-01 12:59:11","updated_at":"2026-11-01 12:59:11","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null},{"id":17616,"build_id":"69651","author_name":"PKF Chairman","author_url":"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/contrib\/105649995954602552727\/reviews","language":"en","profile_photo_url":"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/a\/ACg8ocJut9LuiCEtnVDc3DJO_2ql3GNuL8_XJsxSiSFfKnb619DI9Q=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo-ba2","rating":"4","relative_time_description":"5 months ago","text":"A very good place for student accommodation, the staff are nice, and regularly host some events for students, including Philip Island tour, Lake Mountain and other local signature places. The environment is amazing, the study area, 51\/F common area have a stunning sunset view for relieving the study stress. The room is comfortable and high-quality.\n\nHowever, the customer services and administrative stuff have a room for improvement. The facilities are always not working or malfunction, especially the high-level lift always out of order and cause a severe inconvenience to the resident (sometimes need to be wait at least 2 days for fixing), the entertainment facilities (the pool) havent been fixed for 2 months. Hygiene issue at 6\/F common kitchen. Hopefully, these errors can be fixed in the future. But generally thanks for hosting the events during my stay and have met a group of people with different backgrounds, which is one of my wonderful journey here in my life.\n\nEnvironment: 4\/5\nServices and administrative: 3\/5\nTransportation(Convenience): 5\/5\nExperience and Comfort: 5\/5","time":"1779980295","created_at":"2026-08-01 19:55:41","updated_at":"2026-11-01 12:59:11","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null},{"id":17617,"build_id":"69651","author_name":"Shirley","author_url":"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/contrib\/116557950479292091704\/reviews","language":"en","profile_photo_url":"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/a\/ACg8ocKeOZCDorr2RvR8_WU0wCYaHnH8X78Gp3pPGLF2ZRDKHk74PQ=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo","rating":"5","relative_time_description":"5 months ago","text":"Unilodge Melbourne city is an ideal accommodation choice for Chinese international students.
