If someone is moving in, they really only need to bring their kitchen utensils and clothes.\nAnother strong positive is the staff. They are very helpful and polite, and whenever I email them regarding any issue, it usually gets resolved within a week, which is reassuring.\nIn terms of cost, the rent is quite reasonable for a private, independent room in the city, especially considering the central location and the facilities provided.\nHowever, there are a couple of downsides the main issue is the roach problem.
