I will highlight both the positive aspects and areas where improvements are needed.

iQ Brocco is a welcoming and budget-friendly student accommodation in Sheffield. The property consists of two blocks, A and B, and is home to students from a variety of cultural backgrounds.

One of the strongest aspects of this accommodation is the staff team. Individuals such as Archie, Richard, Cameron, Joe, Charlotte, Lile, and Rob are friendly, approachable, and always helpful, making the overall experience more comfortable.

The student community is generally respectful, and it is usually a peaceful place to live, which makes it suitable for both studying and relaxing. Booking and Payments

            • Advance Rental Payment: Where required, paying the advance rental payment secures the room and serves as a commitment to the booking. This amount is credited toward the first rent instalment.
