The room was extremely hot and almost impossible to sleep in. The building has no air conditioning or effective ventilation, so warm air becomes trapped inside and remains there throughout the day and night. Even when the outdoor temperature became cooler, the inside of the building stayed noticeably warmer, making it difficult to rest comfortably.

On the positive side, the staff were excellent. Everyone I dealt with was polite, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. I would especially like to thank the housekeeping team, who were exceptionally kind and supportive throughout my stay.

One area that I believe could be improved is the management company that operates between the accommodation and Booking.com. Some of their policies seemed unreasonable. For example, the late check-out fees were higher than the cost of booking an additional night's stay, which was surprising. In addition, the replacement charge for a lost key card was around £60, even though it is a standard magnetic plastic key card that can easily be deactivated and replaced at a much lower cost. These charges felt unnecessarily high and could leave guests with a negative impression.

I would also like to thank Booking.com for their excellent customer service. Their support team was responsive, professional, and genuinely concerned about ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. I truly appreciate their efforts and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Overall, despite the ventilation issue and some management policies that could be reconsidered, the helpful staff and the convenient location made my stay a positive experience. With improvements to ventilation and a review of some additional charges, this accommodation could provide an even better experience for future guests.
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/a-/ALV-UjU4kLx5OJuztHHKBU0rOsuYYfE7ipg-QaRAY_tdBi7D1I-NSeWB=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo
5
staff are very friendly and helpful, problems get fixed timely as well and the facilities are nice :) chose to stay here for my first year and don’t regret doing so, the rooms are clean and Dee’s always very nice and welcoming towards the students/residents!
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/a/ACg8ocKtOCgM0obYA9wCzdXvEXJ7bpf5qZ2C3S8p1cLOxNNgy5alyPo=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo
5
An amazing place to call home — I’ve been living here for the past three years and honestly couldn’t recommend it more.
