I've been here 4 months now and this is my honest review:\ngood: wifi and hot water are fast and consistent, utilities e.g. gym, can't hear any other residents through the walls, location is fantastic, kind and helpful staff who fixed my sink leak within the hour. activities in reception like hot chocolate mornings and free snacks.\nbad: constant hs2 drilling noise outside the window (but not really the building's fault), expensive washing\/drying, the radiator is on a timer and turns off after a very short period of time. there are often mysterious alarms that go off in the hallway.\nbut all the bad is outweighed by the good for me.
