My studio is spacious, bright, and very comfortable. It has plenty of storage space, and everything is well designed for student living. The large windows bring in lots of natural light, which makes the room feel even bigger and more pleasant to study or relax in. I also really like the common room; it's a great space to hang out, meet people, or take a break from studying. The facilities overall are excellent and very convenient, and the gym is definitely a plus for keeping an active routine. The building is always clean and quiet, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it's been a wonderful place to live, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and welcoming student accommodation.
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/a/ACg8ocJPH-6ZWge6vfmrDALAK2S212wtVGWc0M-0uyGKBuyik8TAjA=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo
5
This is my third year here. I have chosen this apartment because it is cheaper compared to other apartments. Although the price is low, it has all the necessary facilities, such as a gym, a laundry room, entertainment venues, a cinema, etc. The view from the window is also very nice if you live high up. If you have any needs, feel free to contact the reception, as they will be very helpful in solving your problems. Although it is far from my school, it is very quiet, which is very conducive to self-study and sleep. The surrounding shopping and transportation are very convenient. You can find a supermarket and a bus stop within 3 minutes. In summary, this dormitory has an exceptionally high cost-performance ratio. Where can I find the full termination policy?
It is available in the booking section and on the documents page. You must read and understand it before confirming your booking.

Can I cancel within the initial period?
Yes. You may cancel within 7 days of accepting the offer or paying the deposit (whichever occurs first), provided you have not moved into the property. If eligible, your security deposit will be refunded in full.

How long does it take to receive the deposit refund?
Refunds are normally processed within 28 working days of cancellation. If the deposit has already been secured with a third-party protection scheme, the refund may take up to 60 days due to the scheme’s processing time. In this case, the refund will be issued directly by the scheme and may require a repayment reference provided by them. The landlord cannot influence or speed up this process. Deposits are legally required to be protected in a third-party scheme.

What happens if I cancel after the 7-day initial period?
You remain liable for rent on a weekly basis, including any part-week, until the room is re-let.

When will I be released from the agreement after late cancellation?
You will only be released once the room has been successfully re-let and any required release payment or fees have been paid.
