For those looking to relax outdoors, Sefton Park offers a welcome escape with open green spaces, walking trails, and lakes, while the Baltic Triangle is a popular destination for food markets, live music, and creative events year-round.

Yes. You can cancel within 7 calendar days of making your booking and receive a full refund of your advance rent.

What happens if I cancel after the cooling-off period?

Can I cancel if my UK student visa application is refused?
Yes. You must submit a written cancellation request and official visa refusal documentation from UK Visas & Immigration within 3 calendar days of receiving the decision and before 20 September.
