Their facilities are very modern and quite new. They have cleaning staff that come by weekly to clean the shared spaces like hallways, the common room, etc. The staff here are always ready to help you to the best of their ability if you have any issues. Occasionally, they will hold events for residents to attend, which is nice. The price can be slightly higher for exchange students, but it is worth being located a short 5-minute walk from the town and not too far from the university in Falmouth. Would recommend this property to stay for students.","time":"1761596692","created_at":"2026-08-01 19:54:43","updated_at":"2026-11-01 12:58:23","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null},{"id":16003,"build_id":"42962","author_name":"Phil Drinkwater","author_url":"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/contrib\/112416974014196437490\/reviews","language":"en","profile_photo_url":"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/a\/ACg8ocJ9Z3w9ppxloyewDeRAfuKi9qnIqWxCNOZIZXTbtj50J_4RBg=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo","rating":"5","relative_time_description":"3 years ago","text":"Our daughter was due to start Falmouth University in Sep '23. We opted for The Quarry which is privately owned and not a part of the uni.\nDuring the booking process we had a few hiccups as it appeared CRM group were having some issues with their online system thats used to book and prepare the leases and make payments. Jo.B the manager at The Quarry was excellent at guiding us through the process and helping us resolve the issues that we were experiencing, she regularly kept in touch, sorting out problems until we successfully completed our booking. Upon moving in day we were greeted by Tony who guided us into the car park, booked us in and directed us into Jo's office. Jo greeted us and gave an informative introduction to The Quarry then saw us to the room we had reserved. Walking through The Quarry, the entrance, the office, the corridors, lift and staircase were all very clean and tidy and appeared well kept. The room itself was clean and tidy. The room is compact but well thought out with plenty of storage. It has a fresh modern feel to it and is well equipped with a desk, wardrobe, double bed, bistro table set, kitchen and ensuite.
