Meg and Aasa organise the best events that really play a major role in socialising, Joe is amazing and the quickest person to reply to emails, Simon is really great as well and helps out with everything possible issues, Paul(maintenance) is also a great person to have a good chat with and we always chat whenever he is doing repairs, Omar is such a great security guy and he speaks french (just in case any future french speaking guest get here). The cleaners especially Peata is amazing. I’m an international student and the thought of finding a place that suited me that was both sociable and secure was extremely daunting .. From the moment I arrived here however I am positive that I’ve made the right choice.

The accommodation is nothing short of remarkable and is what I’d consider every students dream .. the rooms & toilets are all separate with walls thick enough that you can’t hear your neighbours even when they blast music .. the social amenities need to be seen to be believed . They have a gym and their sky lounge incorporates a number of facilities ranging from Table tennis , mini golf , pool table , large screen TV & playstation 5 console .

The staff are also extremely hospitable .. special shout-out to Oliver, Joe , Meg & Aasa .. they are all so welcoming I couldn’t pick one over the other .. they are always happy to help with any request or challenges that you might have .. they also go above and beyond to organise social events so as to better integrate students and make it easier for you to make friends.

So far my experience has far exceeded my expectations .. The combination of the fairly spacious rooms, the ideal location (literally right next to the train station & everything else ), it’s affordability in comparison to the other students accommodations that provide far less than I mentioned above ensuring great value for money & the lovely & welcoming staff will make for a truly memorable stay .I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a superb experience.

Nottingham is most famous for the legend of Robin Hood, and you can still see his statue near the historic Nottingham Castle. Beneath the streets, a massive network of over 800 sandstone caves tells the story of the city’s medieval past. With two large universities, the area feels young and active, but it still manages to stay affordable and welcoming for those moving away from home for the first time.

If you need a break from studying, there are plenty of outdoor spots to enjoy. You can hang out with the deer at Wollaton Park, which served as Wayne Manor in the Batman movies, or relax at the Arboretum right near the city centre. For culture, there are world-class art galleries like Nottingham Contemporary and independent cinemas that offer student discounts.
