The rooms are new and nicely-designed, making for a pleasant, comfortable stay. There are plenty of facilities available on site including a gym, cinema room, study room and common room. The staff are always friendly, and have helped me with so many things from the day I applied for the accommodation till after I had moved out! They organised multiple events throughout the year, with loads of free food, drinks and even gifts. The only thing is that it is a bit pricey compared to other student accommodation options in Bristol, but 100% worth it imo given everything they offer and the building's convenient central location.","time":"1633254178","created_at":"2026-08-01 19:52:09","updated_at":"2026-11-01 12:56:14","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null},{"id":11790,"build_id":"267","author_name":"Simoni M","author_url":"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/contrib\/116217846199300145316\/reviews","language":"en","profile_photo_url":"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/a\/ACg8ocK1MtA4nk7NrqxtSGbQm5E4gyQfcihB0T36_E4fWB1C8IXtIQ=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo","rating":"5","relative_time_description":"6 years ago","text":"Building is located in an ideal location as it is very near the University and right next to the harbour.
