Very cozy private rooms, secure and close to all major amenities. My selection was a single bedroom with an en-suite and shared kitchen. It's just a few minutes walk to University. The staff are very efficient and friendly. It's clean and the rooms are quite affordable. I have not run into any problems since I moved in to this space and would highly recommend this flat to friends and family. There is a laundry room and a common room area where you can relax, play some board games, play pool or watch Netflix on TV amongst other things. For a student, this would be a great start to your new journey.","time":"1699218586","created_at":"2025-04-30 09:14:53","updated_at":"2025-04-30 09:14:53","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null},{"id":9293,"build_id":"242600","author_name":"Scott Stratton","author_url":"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/contrib\/108969484020017839449\/reviews","language":"en","profile_photo_url":"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/a\/ACg8ocIgg_IMs0sWzNUdSuBDjnoHEqX78c45rAMi_lYHaB0roq5VFQ=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo","rating":"5","relative_time_description":"5 years ago","text":"Staff are absolutely brilliant, they provide a happy, homely atmosphere and are quick to deal with any problems you may have.\nThe rooms are comfortable and have extremely large desks - perfect for a student.\nThe kitchens are spacious and layed out in a convenient manner, and 2 fridge-freezers across 5 people is more than adequate.\nAs for location, it is spot on.
