Additionally, the rooms are furnished very smartly and have lots of cleverly planned out storage space. Every extra common area like the large kitchen, the gym, the study rooms and the game room and the buildings and rooftops generally are very modern and clean thanks to the very friendly and hard working cleaning lady, the girls at the front desk are both very helpful, friendly and fluent in English and German which is great for the large number of international residents and the caretaker\/technician Rico is also very friendly and competent and usually available all day to fix any issues.\nI have lived here now for over half a year and can confidently say that these are the most obvious pros and advantages of having good staff","time":"1789647621","created_at":"2026-11-01 12:57:53","updated_at":"2026-11-01 12:57:53","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null},{"id":15039,"build_id":"1774","author_name":"Voltrem","author_url":"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/contrib\/108613331998033354236\/reviews","language":"en","profile_photo_url":"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/a\/ACg8ocJa27IK-0sAgah12E1iUjhAQ3WASSdDyudHF4JYulTklmykbzE=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo","rating":"5","relative_time_description":"8 months ago","text":"I stayed at Yugo Urbanum for three months during summer 2025, and I would like to share a sincere and helpful review for future residents.\n\nI lived on the 6th floor of Building 1, in the smallest studio available. The apartment is small, but extremely well designed, very functional, and perfectly clean. The common areas are also clean and regularly maintained. Of course, like in any residence, some residents are not always respectful and may leave shared spaces messy. There is an underground parking garage, which was very convenient since I had a car. The trash bins were sometimes full, but overall the maintenance was okay.\n\nRegarding the location, the residence is close to the central station in Frankfurt. I was pleasantly surprised that the neighborhood felt quite safe. My apartment faced Mainzer Landstra\u00dfe, a large and very busy boulevard at all hours of the day. Because of the traffic, it is impossible to keep the window open all day as it can be quite noisy. In summer, it gets very hot, especially on the 6th floor, and with only one window it is difficult to create proper airflow. It is also not really possible to open the window at night to cool down because of the noise. However, once the window is closed, the apartment is completely quiet, which shows the excellent sound insulation.\n\nIt is also important to mention that two buildings are currently under construction directly in front of the residence. Construction work sometimes starts as early as 7 a.m., and the noise can be noticeable. Even good insulation cannot block everything. This is important to know because you cannot see this situation on Street View.\n\nFinally, the staff truly deserve a 10\/10. The team is incredibly kind, very helpful, and always ready to find solutions. I would especially like to thank Julia, Klara, and Johannes for their professionalism and kindness. They were very understanding and attentive throughout my entire stay. They really make a difference and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.\n\nIn conclusion, I sincerely recommend this residence because it has many strong points: cleanliness, smart apartment design, safety, and an amazing team!!!","time":"1771502495","created_at":"2026-08-01 19:54:05","updated_at":"2026-11-01 12:57:53","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null},{"id":15040,"build_id":"1774","author_name":"Finn Mund","author_url":"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/contrib\/112906474035674869813\/reviews","language":"en","profile_photo_url":"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/a-\/ALV-UjWUOuIi_PlRrraKD-RHCxmkf4W22SD1fRcW7e0gHeB4p7yHh5Sh=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo-ba4","rating":"5","relative_time_description":"2 years ago","text":"Great Scott? Great spot! If you can afford it, you should choose Urbanum! Jokes aside, I'm really happy with my decision to have moved here, the location is excellent, the people at the reception very friendly, and - most of the time, at least - the building pretty clean (if not, then it's probably up to us anyway^^). If it's for three, six, or more months, you will feel at home here.","time":"1729796166","created_at":"2026-08-01 19:54:05","updated_at":"2026-11-01 12:57:53","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null},{"id":20127,"build_id":"1774","author_name":"Yiwei Wang","author_url":"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/contrib\/101998584528156737750\/reviews","language":"en","profile_photo_url":"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/a-\/ALV-UjUl0BcMIKfvhAuWq8zCH6HMFeSAiGCr1jDJGNOdc7IGrBmqFnuu=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo","rating":"5","relative_time_description":"4 years ago","text":"That was a great 6 months living here! Found nice grocery options around. Good place to explore main attractions around. Price is bit costly. Though i would like to visit again - but i recommend people who wanna stay long term to look for alternatives around. You may save 50% on your monthly rental if you find options may be little away.
