I had contacted several other property management companies but they all were hesitant to rent to a student on a gap year and most wanted too much or didn't seem genuine. That's when I discovered EK Property and their team. They were EXTREMELY professional and genuinly cared about me finding the best living situation that was possible for me. I have dealt with several property managment companies in multiple countries and I truely cannot say I have had a better experience than I did with EK Property. These are people who you can trust and really care about their clients. To say they went the extra mile for me would be an understatement.\n\nThanks guys, especially Manu - you guys made it possible for me to have the best time of my life in NZ!","time":"1558793703","created_at":"2026-02-23 09:43:29","updated_at":"2026-11-01 12:57:50","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null}],"apartments":[],"distance":"3 mins walk to Central Auckland","no_place":"0","no_visa":"0","covid_offer":"0","deposit_type":"Deposit","admin_fees":false,"hide_from_website":"0","university_only":"0","desc":"
