The people around the accomodation were alright and nice to speak to and the facilities such as wifi worked well for me pretty much non-stop as did the keyfobs. maintenance was good and also quick and the portal was really easy to use which i\u2019m very thankful for. on the down side, I felt the management did not handle issues properly and, compared to living at halls was not up to standard- bit of a shame.","time":"1756947355","created_at":"2026-11-01 12:57:48","updated_at":"2026-11-01 12:57:48","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null},{"id":20070,"build_id":"1625","author_name":"mary okeleye","author_url":"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/contrib\/107378972908929169682\/reviews","language":"en","profile_photo_url":"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/a\/ACg8ocKehwlXEnSzeS5T9JvIVgQLVRFrejY-FHthhigeAIf0Okqt_g=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo","rating":"5","relative_time_description":"a year ago","text":"Upper Quay House is a conducive and serene place to reside as a student. It is equipped with adequate facilities. Specifically, if you ask me of one major reason I chose Quay House over other accommodations, I would confidently tell you that it is well-insulated from cold. In fact, you might not need to turn on your heater on most occasions during cold season.\n\nAnother admirable thing about this accommodation is that the administrators are really friendly and charming. They give listening ears to the tenants and attend to issues promptly. You can give it a trial and I can assure you that there will be no regret.","time":"1745502089","created_at":"2026-11-01 12:57:48","updated_at":"2026-11-01 12:57:48","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null}],"apartments":[],"distance":"6 mins walk to Central Gloucester","no_place":"0","no_visa":"0","covid_offer":"0","deposit_type":"Deposit","admin_fees":false,"hide_from_website":"0","university_only":"0","desc":"
