I highly recommend this accommodation. Kingston Station and Cromwell Road bus station is right next to this building making it easier to travel into London City and other areas. Students studying in Kingston Business School in Kingston Hill can take the university bus from this stop.\n\nIt is right in the heart of Kingston from where restaurants, gyms, shops are just at walkable distance. Bushy and Richmond Park (Kingston Gate) is a 15 minutes walk from here.\nIf you are a student who cook meals and need some last minute basic grocery, Tesco Express is right below Quebec House and also Sainsbury Local across the road and both operate untill 11pm. Odeon movie theatre is right opposite to Quebec.\n\nThe team looking after this property are really nice and co-operative. They will help you to the best of their ability if you face any issues related to your stay here. On weekends, the site is manned by guards 24\u00d77 and, they will try to find a solution to the best of their ability if you face any issues.\n\nOverall, it was worth the money paid and I had a very convenient stay for the year.","time":"1787067066","created_at":"2026-11-01 12:57:47","updated_at":"2026-11-01 12:57:47","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null},{"id":14846,"build_id":"1566","author_name":"Sumayyah N","author_url":"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/contrib\/107694107059636291581\/reviews","language":"en","profile_photo_url":"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/a-\/ALV-UjVK3QfMEzg5bdwGVJT4afjXSAxpXSnkyXkP8OgfuRj7BirtBXQS=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo","rating":"5","relative_time_description":"a year ago","text":"I have been a resident here for the last 2 years, and it has been wonderful. I stayed in a Silver Studio room, and for one person, it was ample space and very clean. Over the two years, everytime I had a problem, it was sorted with efficiency, whether it was maintenance or queries. The residents team are lovely, and very easy to contact, they also host an array of events within the accommodation which were welcoming and well catered to.\n\nThe location was perfect, right next to the station and located in Kingston Town Centre, with easy access to a bunch of shops and in walking distance to two both the Knights Park and Penhryn Road campus of the uni.\n\nOverall, If you are looking for student accom, it is a great choice!
