Aside from the brief period when construction was taking place which, while slightly inconvenient at the time, was handled professionally my time there both before and during those works was nothing short of amazing.\n\nMy room was perfect, well-equipped, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable and at home. The location on Commercial Road was an incredible advantage, with everything I could possibly need close by shops, transport links, and local amenities all within easy reach. Being so close to my university made daily life even more convenient and stress-free.\n\nHowever, what truly set my experience apart was not just the facilities or the location, but the incredible team who work there. The staff were always attentive, friendly, and proactive in ensuring everything was running smoothly. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help made me feel valued and well cared for throughout my stay.\n\nIf I had the opportunity, I would gladly spend another three years here. I am deeply grateful to the entire Stanhope House team for making my time there so memorable, comfortable, and enjoyable. Thank you for everything you turned what could have been just a place to live into a genuine home.\n\nRm.29","time":"1755087853","created_at":"2026-08-01 19:53:51","updated_at":"2026-11-01 12:57:41","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null},{"id":8619,"build_id":"1477","author_name":"Harmonie Hampshire","author_url":"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/contrib\/103880832068390905725\/reviews","language":"en","profile_photo_url":"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/a\/ACg8ocInFCjOgo3-Dkcu0XUhSWXDPKIwfXwgdm6dkSuv8UfAhKDrMA0=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo-ba3","rating":"5","relative_time_description":"4 years ago","text":"I love it here.\nThe staff are super friendly, happy and always ready to help\nIf there\u2019s anything wrong, I have assistance ASAP and get emails regularly to update me on the process of things and how it\u2019s all going to work\n\nCommunication between myself and the team is exceptional and very well organised\n\nI love my room, the facilities are perfect for me and I have a beautiful view ","time":"1646649579","created_at":"2025-03-10 09:14:11","updated_at":"2026-11-01 12:57:41","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null}],"apartments":[],"distance":"35 mins by public transport to Central Portsmouth","no_place":"0","no_visa":"0","covid_offer":"0","deposit_type":"Deposit","admin_fees":false,"hide_from_website":"0","university_only":"0","desc":"
