The central bus station is just a 4-minute walk away, offering direct buses to the University of Warwick. Buses run early in the morning, even at 5 am, and late at night around midnight. Because intermediate stops are usually not busy, the bus only stops about 3 to 5 times along the way, making the actual travel time much faster than what Google Maps predicts.\n\nYou are right in the hustle and bustle of the city, with a Tesco right at the front, a Sainsbury's a quick walk away, and plenty of takeaways and food options right on your doorstep. Everything you could possibly need for shopping and daily essentials is available right outside.\n\nThe room itself is quite good with amazing views. It has everything you need and is very comfortable for one person. The shared kitchen is very big with a lot of storage, a sofa, a TV, and a dining table. The appliances are high-quality, and when we had an issue with the fridge, it was replaced with a new one the very next day.\n\nThe maintenance team is quick and efficient, usually resolving any issues the same day or the day after. There was a minor noise issue with the taps, but it was quickly addressed after residents reported it. The issue has been completely resolved, and there was no noise toward the end of my stay.\n\nThe reception staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, special thanks to Anna, Kim, Callum, Laura, and Kaz. The viewing experience was very smooth, thanks to Kim, who showed me everything and even the view from the rooms so I could choose the best one. Highly recommended!","time":"1777995696","created_at":"2026-08-01 19:53:50","updated_at":"2026-11-01 12:57:40","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null}],"apartments":[],"distance":"6 mins walk to Central Coventry","no_place":"0","no_visa":"0","covid_offer":"0","deposit_type":"Deposit","admin_fees":false,"hide_from_website":"0","university_only":"0","desc":"
