I like my time here\n\nThe staffs were friendly, my room was good (better price than most of my friend's accommodations) and the support for any problem inside the room was fast.\nI didn't have much trouble when trying to collect my delivery, but the reception office hour is a bit tricky if you want to collect later during the evening.\nThe neighborhood is not bad, in my opinion, but it could look very sketchy during the evening or early in the morning.\nLidl\/Aldi\/Tesco Express are 10 mins walk away and Tesco Superstore is 15 mins walk away. Around the accommodation, there are many off-license stores but I have never bought from them.\n\nOne of the biggest problem for me was smoking, I'm a non-smoker and I can't barely tolerate the smell of it (even vape). But there were weed smell in the corridor quite frequently. And it was believed that many fire alarms got triggered were because of this behaviour. The staff did warn and report many times but the situation didn't seem to get better.\nAnother point is I don't know if this was a norm here or not, but inside the room was really (really) hot during peak summer days. You can feel the differences just by open the door and sit in the corridor. It would be much cooler to sit in the corridor.\nThe built-in gym was free but the equipment didn't get maintained (often), hence they can hardly be used.\n\nIn conclusion, for anyone who mostly stays indoor like me, this place is good.","time":"1790086647","created_at":"2026-11-01 12:57:40","updated_at":"2026-11-01 12:57:40","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null},{"id":19999,"build_id":"1463","author_name":"Nidish Rajbanshi","author_url":"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/contrib\/110163027095375299719\/reviews","language":"en","profile_photo_url":"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/a-\/ALV-UjUiRm11JQbl-J_qWlAi_PzbMcsGfNm2ft1ItlGf1lz0hI-c7-5r=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo","rating":"4","relative_time_description":"2 months ago","text":"The rooms are spacious and comfy for the price you pay. From the very beginning, I had issues that needed attention, and Sonia was the only person who stepped in and actually helped. She took responsibility, followed up, and made sure everything was resolved which is something she has continued to do throughout my time here.\n\nDespite being the assistant manager, Sonia consistently carries out the work needed to keep things running smoothly. She handles concerns promptly, stays approachable, and goes above and beyond for residents every day. Her commitment, organisation, and genuine care are clear to anyone who interacts with her.\nWhat makes her efforts even more impressive is that she often manages all of this without the level of support someone in her position should receive from higher management. Even so, she continues to take initiative and ensures that residents are looked after and that tasks are completed properly.\n\nI also want to mention that I raised some of my concerns with the regional manager, but unfortunately I didn\u2019t receive the support I was hoping for. Sonia, however, immediately took action and ensured everything was properly handled. My experience really highlighted just how dedicated and reliable she is.\n\nHer hard work and dedication shouldn\u2019t be overlooked. Many of us see and appreciate everything she does, and she deserves recognition for the essential role she plays in making this accommodation a positive place to live.","time":"1764610607","created_at":"2026-08-01 19:53:50","updated_at":"2026-11-01 12:57:40","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null}],"apartments":[],"distance":"13 mins walk to Central Leicester","no_place":"0","no_visa":"0","covid_offer":"0","deposit_type":"Deposit","admin_fees":false,"hide_from_website":"0","university_only":"0","desc":"
