I had to leave home very suddenly and at a really difficult time in my life, so I was incredibly anxious about where I was going to stay and whether I would feel supported. From the moment I arrived, all of the staff have gone above and beyond to make me feel safe, welcome and genuinely cared for.

What has stood out the most is how kind and supportive everyone is. The staff are not only professional, but they truly care about the students living here. They always take the time to check up on me, ask how I am doing and make sure I have everything I need. That level of compassion has made such a huge difference to me and has helped me settle in so much more than I expected.

I especially want to thank Lee, Danielle and Mandy. Every single one of them has been amazing throughout my time here. They are approachable, friendly and always willing to help no matter how big or small the issue is. Their support has genuinely made this accommodation feel like a home rather than just somewhere to stay.

The accommodation itself is also really good, clean, comfortable and well maintained. It feels so homely and you have everything you may need or require. The communal room and rooftop terraces allow you to socialise and have quality time together with your friends! but it is definitely the staff who make this place so special. Knowing there are people around who care and who are willing to support students through difficult situations means more than I can put into words.

I would highly recommend this accommodation to any student looking for somewhere supportive, welcoming and safe to live.
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/a-/ALV-UjVYaPlOPlESuZk0vytNiuhJIMuQ3sdhdsXPhP2oMcCUySeieBAy=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo
5
I’ve had a really great experience here this year. The place is well-maintained and comfortable, and a big part of that comes down to the amazing staff. Lee, the maintenance guy, is always quick to fix any issues and is super friendly and reliable. Danielle and Nikki at reception are both incredibly helpful and welcoming and are always happy to assist with any issues or questions. Mandy, the cleaner, does a fantastic job keeping everything tidy and clean and she’s very friendly and approachable. Overall, the team here really makes this place feel like a home away from home. They also hold events and there are two gyms included with the rent which is a bonus. Where can I find the full termination policy?
It is available in the booking section and on the documents page. You must read and understand it before confirming your booking.

Can I cancel within the initial period?
Yes. You may cancel within 7 days of accepting the offer or paying the deposit (whichever occurs first), provided you have not moved into the property. If eligible, your security deposit will be refunded in full.

How long does it take to receive the deposit refund?
Refunds are normally processed within 28 working days of cancellation. If the deposit has already been secured with a third-party protection scheme, the refund may take up to 60 days due to the scheme’s processing time. In this case, the refund will be issued directly by the scheme and may require a repayment reference provided by them. The landlord cannot influence or speed up this process. Deposits are legally required to be protected in a third-party scheme.

What happens if I cancel after the 7-day initial period?
You remain liable for rent on a weekly basis, including any part-week, until the room is re-let.

When will I be released from the agreement after late cancellation?
You will only be released once the room has been successfully re-let and any required release payment or fees have been paid.

The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. There could be a few changes incorporated from time to time.
