When she moved to this city, she looked for this company again and finally we found Roman House. She was not disappointed at all by choosing to stay here.. The location is good, quiet, clean, the staff is friendly, and the interior looks good. She really likes her room and all the staff here and the location. I agree with my daughter. We went there together and I likes roman house too.
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/a/ACg8ocKNJW0tXJfnnYwBNunnRG_f4_ed8ID3ec3tE7y8_Gtal9CuYw=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo
5
Roman house has been a great accommodation for my 3rd year of university. The rooms are very spacious with lots of storage place (great for someone with lots of clothes like myself) and good comfy bed. The en-suite is a great size with a roomy powerful shower. The kitchen is also a lovely area with suitable storage and comfortable seating and perfect for students. Overall I have had a great time here and all of the staff have been very supportive and accommodating- especially through lockdown. Would definitely recommend.
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/a-/ALV-UjUV8yLDVnwPBNnYrPWD_NVvygsfTqAEBxQLQsBFkx3lQTOtDKfL=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo
4
Amazing experience living here from last September in a classic studio. Very spacious room to store my stuff and stretch out, and facilities solid and modern. A good location with 20-minute walk to the university main campus and the metro and Central just minutes away. I like that the place is quiet most of the time, as if there were only me in the entire building (no joke ;)

Also a massive thank you to the staff who are all nice and friendly, ready to help from maintenance (thanks to Dave and John) to parcels and everything (thank you Danielle) with great patience.

I would definitely recommend this place if the above things are important to you. It’s surly worth the money you spend. The only thing I can possibly pick out are the sometimes failure of hot water and the internet. Usually they’ll be back in less than a day, but in a case or two / during weekends might need a little longer to be back to normal.
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/a-/ALV-UjU405mWrlzgiaayVbbYht0BwzE6U0sdhhCnhSXfrCfhnQHsuqx-=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo-ba3
5
I had a studio at Roman House, and I enjoyed my stay. The accommodation is not too inhabited, so It's relatively quiet, cosy and clean. The size of the studio is right because it's arranged practically and it fulfilled all my needs. The staff is amiable, and they always listen and act to your needs, such as when something is broken. The uni' are a 15 min. walk and within 5-10 min. you're in the middle of the city. Therefore, you won't suffer too much from outdoor noise while living centrally.
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/a/ACg8ocKxuw-9UuMMOEuw6XN0XF9P1chkaHk_-RooxkA6AvSB2PU2rQ=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo
5
Great location! All tenancy contracts remain subject to final agreement. Cancellation becomes impossible after signing and executing the Tenancy Agreement, plus payment of the first month's rent.

The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. There could be a few changes incorporated from time to time. Hence, we recommend you review the full Accommodation Contract for a comprehensive understanding of their cancellation policies.

To finalise the move-in process, the initial rental payment and the security deposit must be received as cleared funds at least one business day before the tenancy starts. Please note that contracts will not be formally executed until these specific payments are confirmed.

    Initial Rent Calculation

The amount due for the first month depends on the move-in date:

    • Move-in on or before the 15th: Payment covers the remaining days of the current month. This is calculated by dividing the total annual rent by 365 and multiplying it by the days left in the month.

    • Move-in on or after the 16th: Payment must include the pro-rated amount for the current month (calculated as above) plus the full rent for the following month.

      Security Deposit

The deposit is equivalent to five weeks’ rent. To comply with regulations, the tenant must transfer these funds directly; payments from third parties are not accepted.

Once paid, the funds are held securely by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (Custodial).

      Payment Due Dates

Rent is due on the 1st of each month, per the Tenancy Agreement, via standing order.

For joint tenancies, residents must designate one individual to handle the payment; multiple-account payments may trigger extra fees.
