From move in day I knew that I was going to build as a person and this building would help. I would become more independent but with a little help along the way, that's what this building did for me.\nYes, it's not the nicest location and yes, waking up seeing the college isn't the nicest but it's the building itself that makes this worth it.\nYou are able to meet new, wonderful people from the start in the social area downstairs, create memories and have a wonderful time, then later on go up to your flat and have a good time with all your friends in the wonderful kitchen and living areas. The flats are very spacious and if you keep them clean, very nice to live in.\nThe accommodation manager Sarah and her two little helpers (Kobe and Bruce) are the most amazing human\/dogs you could have. So helpful and kind and make sure you have the best stay you can, if you stay on their good side (especially Kobe).\nI've made wonderful memories here, and I have had ups and downs but I wouldn't change the way this especially weird year has gone.\nHaving spend most classes in my room on my computer on zoom, I can assure you, I know this building well.\nAnd on the most part, it's treated me well.","time":"1623854649","created_at":"2023-07-03 13:24:59","updated_at":"2023-07-03 13:24:59","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null},{"id":8220,"build_id":"118842","author_name":"Laura Paskevica","author_url":"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/contrib\/106472564963899770896\/reviews","language":"en","profile_photo_url":"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/a-\/AD_cMMRmCtTR8tGfimuFe9cmknfcxpJq_QWwJzYybsGIMRI6Et4=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo","rating":"5","relative_time_description":"2 years ago","text":"Had a lovely time staying at the accommodation, met a lot of wonderful people including Sarah who is just loved by everyone. Recognised as the capital of Scotland since at least the 15th century, Edinburgh is one of the most interesting cities for students to enjoy. It is famous for its literary heritage, historic cobbled streets and striking architecture. Also, Edinburgh was the first city in the entire world to have its own fire service. Many people love to go to Edinburgh to enjoy their time and sometimes even write; J.K. Rowling wrote some of the Harry Potter books in The Elephant, an Edinburgh caf\u00e9, and took inspiration from the landscape for the characters and locations. This Edinburgh student accommodation is located in the heart of the city. <\/p>
