I had some difficulties when I first came but the team here are amazing! They are truly the reason you should stay here. They are so nice and friendly. They always have events on where you can get free food, ice cream, etc. That was my personal favourite. Maintenance request are very quick due to this as well. Aside from me, the students seem to love speaking to them in their free time. Major shoutout to Nygel and Sarah, they are truly my favourite people. The accommodations are fairly price (as of 25\/26) I got a discount of \u00a3400 which I really enjoyed and if you rebook you get a further discount I think. My dislikes are only due to my mistake of not really thinking about the kind of accommodation I want to live in before booking. However, they have good reviews for a reason so book, speak to the team, join their numerous events and get free stuff, stay in Nygel's good graces, and I'm sure you'll love your stay.","time":"1779973985","created_at":"2026-08-01 19:53:23","updated_at":"2026-11-01 12:57:15","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null},{"id":13823,"build_id":"1146","author_name":"Ozcan Inanli","author_url":"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/contrib\/118118655680970231564\/reviews","language":"en","profile_photo_url":"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/a\/ACg8ocKK5U-DccrDfZEEzpIJEeonVkYyBSSEqZSLXBkT-Uinnv_HDg=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo-ba4","rating":"5","relative_time_description":"5 months ago","text":"Sarah and Nygel are excellent; they go above and beyond to ensure that you feel at home and deeply care and value the students ?\nThey are very people-oriented and want you to feel part of the Dwell family and have a very good experience.\n\nThe excellent organisation of events, excellent communication, ongoing commitment to ensuring a very positive student experience and going above and beyond to make it the best.\n\nI have known Nygel for two years and he is an asset to Dwell! I love Nygel's passion for bringing different cultures together and celebrating each and every one's uniqueness. Since Nygel arrived, the student accommodation has transformed immensely and seeing it continue to grow is wonderful. Nygel is fabulous!!\n\nFrom when I first arrived with the previous accomodation manager and now, the difference is second to none! Nygel and the team have done an excellent job!!\n\nI've known Sarah for three years and she is an asset to Dwell! She is so warm, kind, down-to-earth and always incredibly supportive. Sarah is dedicated and committed. Sarah is the heart of Dwell and we are incredibly lucky to have her. Without Sarah, the experience would not be the same at all. She is brilliant!\n\nJessica is lovely and kind and ensures that everyone is okay. She pays particular attention to students' wellbeing and always does her best to make students feel at ease and it's been lovely to get to know her. She is wonderful!\n\nTony is also a wonderful guy committed to sorting any maintenance issues promptly and always has a very nice presence. It's been wonderful getting to know him.\n\nReflecting back when I stayed in Castle Gate, the only downside about staying there was there could have been more storage space for the studio, but this doesn't reflect the staff in anyway at all and hope that more cabinets can be fitted in the kitchen area and shelving for books as well provided.\n\nThank you so much for all your ongoing support, kindness and efforts making my stay very positive and feel at home ?","time":"1779960964","created_at":"2026-08-01 19:53:23","updated_at":"2026-11-01 12:57:15","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null}],"apartments":[],"distance":"8 mins by public transport, 10 mins walk to Central Nottingham","no_place":"0","no_visa":"0","covid_offer":"0","deposit_type":"Deposit","admin_fees":false,"hide_from_website":"0","university_only":"0","desc":"
