Besides that I thought that the overall layout and pricing was decent! The management changed recently and she is great!                   5. Other Termination<\/strong><\/p>

                  • In all other circumstances (e.g. voluntary withdrawal, eviction, or no longer being a student), you remain fully liable for all sums due unless a replacement tenant is found and approved by the landlord\/property manager.<\/li>
                  • Replacement tenant must:
                    • be acceptable to the landlord, and<\/li>
                    • enter into a new Tenancy Agreement\/Licence.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                    • Release takes effect from the start date of the replacement tenancy, subject to approval, no arrears, and any applicable fees.<\/li><\/ul>

                      6. Deposit<\/strong><\/p>

                      • Where release applies, the Deposit will be returned under the Tenancy Agreement\/Licence, minus any deductions for damage, cleaning, or breach of contract where applicable.<\/li><\/ul>","payment_terms":"
