Immaculate views from the top floor, nice and quiet for studying. Amazing customer service from the lovely ladies at front desk, Sylvia and Manisha. I rented a Studio, situated on top floor (nice and quiet for studying). Reasonable pricing for students at University. Other tenants were very courteous towards each other. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and best decision I made. If I needed to reside in Auckland CBD again, this would be my first option.","time":"1668161178","created_at":"2022-12-09 12:36:04","updated_at":"2022-12-09 12:36:04","deleted_at":null,"deleted_by":null},{"id":7763,"build_id":"112728","author_name":"Cimon Ray","author_url":"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/contrib\/110254290123894710086\/reviews","language":"en","profile_photo_url":"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/a\/AEdFTp6Os_40nsZFAmoGSl96J21XZ-cu4n_HLtHYdc0o=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo","rating":"5","relative_time_description":"a year ago","text":"It was a very pleasant stay in this accommodation.
