She is always smiling and greets people with kindness and makes you feel comfortable and valued.\n\nWhenever I have had any recent problem or need help with something, hanniaha never hesitates to assist. She is approachable, patient, professional, and genuinely takes the time to listen and help . She is someone you can speak to openly and comfortably without any hesitation.\n\nIn my opinion, Hannahiah is exactly the kind of staff member we need on site. Her attitude and commitment to helping residents truly reflect Vita\u2019s values and the level of service that residents deserve.\nI sincerely hope Vita recognises and values how much of a positive difference Hannahiah is already making in a short space of arrival. On several occasions, members of staff have entered my room without any prior notice or warning.
